Duke asks for Rock's help opening a jar. Rock sends him to Keene, but Duke says he's still in Florida. Knowing Keene came back, Rock calls Keene's phone. It is picked up by Karishad, who puts them on hold while ordering pizza.
Rock asks the zookeeper if he can speak to Karishad. Duke finds Keene in the ferret enclosure mumbling to himself. They free Keene, and he tells Rock he's going to get Karishad...to work for him. Rock is stunned by Keene's shift in mood. Cut to Keene actually meeting Karishad. Although an actual conversation with Karishad is virtually impossible, he has plans for the kooky Fox.
Keene finally returns to the mansion, and confronts Herman Steward. He demands to know why Steward didn't check on his whereabouts four months prior. Keene tells him that if he wants to keep his job, he will annul an agreement having something to do with the temple in the forest, which is actually Henry Milton's property. Steward stonewalls on it.
Keene talks to Karishad in the mansion, and tells him about his father's mission to spiritually reconcile humans and animals. Henry Milton had heard of a legend from Mesopotamia. He needed to learn more about it and go through with it before it was too late for him. He trusts Karishad to assist him because he appears to have no sense of self-preservation, a description Kari seems to get often.
Events[]

Keene hires Karishad to help him achieve his father's goal of human-animal reconcilation, due to Karishad's lack of self-preservation.
