Plot[]
Joey and Dallas prepare to head off to the spa while Lester complains about missing their game night. At that moment, Great Kitsune (in mortal form) arrives to take their place. As Lester sets up the DnD game, Kitsune uses his magic to make things more "interesting." Half-an-hour later, a shell-shocked Lester finds Joey and Dallas at the spa and frantically tells them how he was transported to another world where Kitsune had usurped him as ruler. Kitsune dismisses it as Lester "being sore."
Kitsune meets up with King and Bailey and joins them in the pool. While King is still annoyed by Kitsune, he teases King about the trivial nature of being "naked," and Bailey mentions the Wolves don't usually wear collars. Kitsune also introduces Kix, saying that he's helping her raise her kits, Craig (aka Pete) and Draig (aka Spirit Dragon). Craig angrily states he'll get revenge on Kitsune, but Kitsune weirds him out by insisting he call him "Daddy." King also openly complains to Keene when he sees Jessica there too, but Keene replies that he sectioned off the basement for the wild animals (even though King points out that the spa is parked in the middle of the road.)
Back in the private pool, Mungo is giving Fox a massage to relax his stress, however when he suggests using "acupuncture," Fox jumps and clings to the ceiling. Peanut is also coming down from the effects of the dog treats, and Tarot gives him tea to help (though she tells him it's a magic(k) potion in order to get him to drink it.) Finally, Max calls his dad to tell him about being at the spa, and that he's not on a catnip bender. He tries to subtly tell his dad that he loves him but Grape sneakily overhears it.
Events[]
- Great Kitsune is revealed to be living as a mortal and helping Kix raise Craig and Draig.
